The kids had an amazing time: they never ran out of things to do. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The atmosphere was great too: games always on the stage, a singer performing throughout the day etc. The kids loved the water slides.

Amazing indoor soft playground by reception, which was great trying to check in with tired kids. Pools and waterpark were awesome. An unexpected surprise was the outdoor entertainment on the stage and outdoor movies at night. We didn't need to leave the hotel. It was super easy to travel on my own with two kids. Definately rate the spaghetti bolognese for kids and adults! Bring your own pool towels and cutlery/plates to use in your room. Really liked the additional of an outdoor clothes rack to dry your swimsuits. There are no lifeguards, so parents are expected to watch their kids, which I liked, as it felt like parents were really hanging out with their kids.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach and central surfers. Plenty to do around the hotel, but really no need to leave. The kids loved the multiple pools/water play areas. The trivia and activities were an awesome bonus and help keep parents entertained. Super convenient having food options and bar right there. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t even get to see or do everything in the resort.

it was so family friendly and there were so many activities for the kids. They run all day, we’re easy to book and those that you did have to pay for were not much. All the staff we interacted with were so friendly even one of the house keepers were letting our kids help her after they asked her if they could. Also have to give a shout out to Jane in the Penguins restaurant. She made us feel so welcome and was amazing with our kids, we were certainly sad to have to say bye to her.

The room was comfortable ,all we needed and clean , the food for my grandson was good quality and a good price. The room was on the ground floor not far from all the eateries and activities. The staff in the eateries were so good as my grandson is very fussy eater. The kids club is a must such great fun times. There is so much to do spoilt for choice. To sum up paradise resort if like fun fun fun this is the place to visit. Well done to all the wonderful staff , we shall be back.

I liked how it was opened space for the children and had activities all day long, the new renovated room is what we stayed in and it’s beautiful glad we got a new room. Comfortable beds and staff is very friendly .

It was dedicated to families- free fun activities and also lots you could pay for. Staff were so helpful, nice and friendly. Food was reasonably priced and came out fast and fresh. Amazing resort for all. The performance was outstanding

Super helpful and friendly staff! Entire facility completely surprised us. So much to do, kids friendly.and lots to do for them, restaurants on site, 150m to Gold Coast tram, they accommodate a 1 night stay. Cold fridge that's actually working superbly. They even offered a late checkout, thank you!!

Amazing staff friendly and accommodating, great location, lots of things for the kIds to do with activities run all day .Good waterpark for kids under 10. Not too big and well enclosed so you can easily see your children. Coffee was pretty good.

Everything and the fact u really don't need to leave the resort for anything 😊 a range of food options , convenience store within the resort ,this place literally has everything u need not to leave and all the staff were were always so happy and welcoming from check in to check out ,we will definately be back ,ooh and the activities they have for the kids awesome!
